Do I need to know to swim in order to visit a cenote?
No, while going on a tour with us, we will make sure to accommodate the cenote that suit you the best, and we will provide all the assistance for you to enjoy the activity.
What precautions should I take when visiting a cenote?
Avoid the use of chemicals on your skin, such as mosquito spray or sunscreen (even the biodegradable). The ecosystem is very fragile, we try to keep the water as clean - pure as possible. Thanks for being a responsible traveler.
What's the water temperature of the cenote?
The water temperature in a cenote can vary depending on the specific cenote, the time of year, and its depth. Generally, cenote water tends to be cool and refreshing, often hovering around 23 to 25 degrees Celsius (73 to 77 degrees Fahrenheit).

All our tour are provided in English and Spanish, however if you would like the tour in another language there maybe an extra fee.
